LIFE BAG SURVIVAL · BUSINESS PARTNERS

LIFE Bag Survival Partnership Agreement

Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21-D

These terms govern participation in the LIFE Bag Survival Business Partners program. The program is operated by Prop Job Aviation LLC, which operates the LIFE Bag Survival brand (“we,” “us” or “LIFE Bag”). The person or business approved to participate is a business partner (“you” or “partner”), also called an affiliate for commission-tracking purposes. We use GoAffPro to help administer accounts, referrals and commissions. Your agreement is with Prop Job Aviation LLC.

Your commission and payment terms

Earn 10% of eligible merchandise revenue across our storefront, after product discounts and refunds, excluding shipping and taxes. Commissions require at least 30 days of validation. Approved balances are paid by paper check monthly by the 15th, with a $25 minimum and smaller balances rolling forward. The detailed conditions below apply.

Temporary commission correction notice

We acknowledge a current calculation issue in the GoAffPro/Squarespace integration that can understate commissions when shipping discounts are applied. Purchases split into multiple orders may also need manual review. LIFE Bag will review eligible order records before each payout and manually credit verified missing or underpaid commission, including related split orders. Shipping discounts and free shipping do not reduce eligible merchandise revenue. Dashboard totals may be incomplete until review is finished. Manual reconciliation will continue until the issue is resolved and corrected tracking and calculations have been verified.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

The program is invitation only. You may participate after we approve your account and you affirmatively accept this Agreement through enrollment or a written acceptance identifying its version. Creating an account, receiving a sample or submitting an application does not by itself establish approval or acceptance. We also ask you to acknowledge receipt of the LIFE Bag Survival Partner Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this Agreement. Anyone accepting for a business must have authority to bind it. Provide accurate contact, channel and payment information and keep it current. Use only accounts, websites and Linktree pages you control or are authorized to use. Protect your credentials and promptly report suspected misuse. There is no joining fee or required product purchase. Participation is nonexclusive.

2. Qualifying products and orders

All merchandise sold through www.lifebagsurvival.com is eligible, including LIFE Bag Pilot, LIFE Bag Scout, bundles, replacement items and individual gear. A referral to one product can earn commission on any qualifying merchandise purchased from the store, including other items in the same cart and related orders created by split checkout or fulfillment. Commission is based on eligible merchandise revenue, not only the product originally linked.

An order qualifies when a genuine customer purchases through the approved storefront, the purchase is attributable to your authorized referral under section 4, payment is received, and the validation rules are satisfied. New and returning customers can qualify; no lifetime ownership of a customer is created. Purchases on Shopify, Shop, Etsy, eBay, Amazon or another checkout are excluded unless we expressly include that channel in writing.

Your own purchases, internal tests, fabricated orders, duplicate records for one purchase, unpaid orders, sample shipments and orders arranged mainly to generate commissions are ineligible. An ordinary purchase by someone who knows you is not automatically excluded if it is genuine and independent and does not conceal a self-purchase. Gift-card purchases are ineligible; paying for otherwise eligible merchandise with a gift card does not itself make that purchase ineligible.

3. Commission calculation and corrections

The commission rate is 10% of net eligible product revenue: the amount actually paid for eligible merchandise after product discounts, the applicable merchandise share of order-level discounts, refunds and credits. Shipping, delivery charges, taxes, duties and other non-product charges are excluded. A shipping discount or free-shipping promotion does not reduce the merchandise commission base. Product costs, our advertising expenses and ordinary payment processing fees are not deducted.

For example, $100 of eligible merchandise with a 10% customer discount becomes $90 before shipping and tax, earning $9 commission. A later $30 refund of discounted merchandise reduces commission by $3. This example does not establish any product’s selling price.

Canceled, fully refunded, fraudulent or fully reversed orders earn no commission. A partial refund, credit or chargeback reduces commission only to the extent it reduces eligible merchandise revenue. Shipping- or tax-only refunds do not reduce an otherwise valid merchandise commission. We may correct a documented overpayment against future commissions or request repayment, with an itemized explanation and an opportunity to dispute it. Unrelated valid commissions are not forfeited as a penalty.

The temporary manual reconciliation described above is part of this Agreement. We will compare eligible order records with dashboard records before each payout and add verified missing amounts, including eligible items in related split orders. The agreed 10% rate remains in effect while the integration issue is being resolved.

4. Referral links, partner codes and attribution

Use the unique referral links we provide or authorize on your existing Linktree, website and approved social channels, including links to specific products. Keep the referral identifier intact. Redirects, shortening services and in-app browsers can affect tracking; check that a link reaches the correct product and retains its identifier before promoting it.

The link referral window is seven calendar days after a qualifying customer click. If a customer uses more than one partner’s qualifying link, the most recent qualifying partner referral receives link credit. A later qualifying click restarts that partner’s window. Each qualifying order within the window may earn commission; credit does not continue indefinitely without another qualifying referral. One order earns only one partner commission.

The approved customer offer is 10% off eligible merchandise using the partner discount code we assign and identify with your account. Share your complete referral link and assigned code, and ask customers to enter the code and verify the discount at checkout. Do not promise that clicking the link alone automatically applies the discount. The offer does not discount gift-card purchases, shipping or tax; commission is calculated after the merchandise discount.

An authorized code assigned to your account can also support attribution through our order records and manual review. An unrelated storewide or customer promotion code does not, by itself, identify you as the referring partner. If link and code records conflict or tracking is incomplete, we review the records and reasonable evidence to determine the qualifying referral; no duplicate partner commission is paid.

GoAffPro and order records are evidence of attribution but can contain errors. Browser restrictions, deleted cookies, consent choices, another device or a different checkout may prevent a referral from being recorded. We cannot guarantee every attempted referral will be tracked. Report missing discounts or suspected missing or incorrect referrals promptly, preferably within 30 days after discovery, with the link or assigned code, approximate date and any order reference the customer voluntarily authorizes you to provide. We review reasonable evidence in good faith and explain the outcome. Do not collect customer passwords, payment credentials or full account access.

5. Validation and payment

A recorded commission is subject to validation before it is approved for payment, regardless of an automated dashboard status. Approval requires at least 30 calendar days after order payment, fulfillment, expiration of the ordinary published return period applicable when the order was placed, and resolution of any documented refund, chargeback or fraud issue affecting that commission. An unresolved issue with one order does not delay unrelated approved commissions.

We pay approved commissions in United States dollars monthly, by the 15th, for commissions approved by the end of the previous calendar month. If the 15th is not a banking business day, payment is due on the next banking business day. The regular minimum is $25. Smaller approved balances carry forward without monthly expiration. Section 10 waives the minimum for final payments.

Payments are issued by paper check to your designated payee and mailing address. Keep those details accurate and provide tax documentation lawfully required for payment. We do not need your bank-login credentials. If necessary payment information is missing or invalid, we will notify you and hold the balance until corrected; that delay does not erase valid commissions. You are responsible for taxes on your partner income, and we may make legally required reports or withholding.

We will provide records identifying commissions awaiting validation, approved for payment and paid, including manual corrections. A dashboard balance or automated status is not a promise of payment before validation. No minimum earnings, sales volume or future income is guaranteed.

6. Discounts and permitted promotion

You may promote the approved 10% partner customer offer. Do not promise larger discounts, free shipping, free merchandise or other offers unless LIFE Bag separately authorizes them in writing. Follow any additional promotion’s conditions. Other valid merchandise discounts can reduce the commission base under section 3; shipping discounts do not. Do not promise promotions combine unless we confirm they do.

Approved organic promotion is permitted. Paid advertisements, paid search, coupon or cashback sites, browser extensions, sub-affiliate networks and paid redistribution require prior written approval. Do not bid on our brand names or confusing variations, impersonate LIFE Bag, register misleading brand domains or accounts, or present yourself as our customer service team.

No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, purchased contact lists, fake reviews, forced clicks, hidden redirects, cookie stuffing, tracking interference or fraudulent transactions. Use current product descriptions and your actual experience. Respect others’ intellectual property and privacy and the rules of each promotional platform.

7. Disclosures and accurate claims

Clearly disclose your financial relationship with LIFE Bag whenever you endorse a product or share a commission-generating link or code. Place the disclosure with the endorsement or link where viewers will encounter it. Do not rely only on a profile, separate terms page or text hidden after a “More” button. A Linktree disclosure does not replace disclosure in an endorsing social post.

A starting statement is: “I earn a commission if you buy through this LIFE Bag link or use my partner code.” If we supplied a kit, also state it was provided at no charge. Accurately describe other compensation or material connections. Use clear language and placement suited to the audience and medium. Include disclosure within a video; when an endorsement uses sound and images, include spoken and visible disclosure. Stories need readable on-screen disclosure, and livestream disclosures should be repeated as appropriate.

Describe only experience you actually had and claims supported by current product information. Do not promise guaranteed survival, rescue, medical outcomes or protection from every emergency. Do not imply FAA, TSA, airline or other official approval or endorsement without substantiation and our written authorization. Do not make blanket claims that every kit or component is permitted in airline cabin or checked baggage. Truthful statements about your own use remain permitted.

We may review promotions and request reasonable corrections to disclosures, factual errors or unauthorized claims, and will provide usable disclosure instructions. Neither receiving a sample nor participating requires a positive review or prohibits honest criticism.

8. Samples and partner content

A sample does not by itself require a post, sales target or publishing schedule. Paid campaigns or required deliverables need a separate written agreement. If you endorse a supplied product, disclose that it was provided at no charge even if no review was required.

You retain ownership of original content. Participation does not automatically license your photos, videos, name, likeness or account to LIFE Bag. We will obtain separate permission before downloading, republishing or using content in our marketing. Permission should identify the content, channels, permitted edits and duration. Paid advertising, use through your account and broader commercial reuse require separate written permission.

We grant a limited, nonexclusive, revocable right to use LIFE Bag names, approved logos and supplied promotional materials solely for authorized promotion while participation is active. Do not materially alter them or use supplier logos independently without permission.

9. Customer information and confidentiality

Use dashboard information only to administer and review your participation. Do not use customer or order information to build contact lists, identify or contact customers for unrelated purposes, or share it with others. Follow access restrictions, secure your account and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Protect nonpublic payment records, credentials, unpublished launch materials and information expressly identified as confidential. This does not restrict lawfully public information, independently developed information, legally required disclosures, reports to government agencies or honest statements about your experience. The LIFE Bag Survival Partner Privacy Policy explains program information handling.

10. Suspension and ending participation

You may leave at any time by written notice. We may end ordinary participation with seven days’ written notice or suspend or terminate promptly for fraud, unlawful promotion, serious data or brand misuse, or material breach. For an ordinary correctable error, we normally explain the issue and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Honest criticism alone is not a breach.

After termination, stop presenting yourself as an active partner, remove active referral links and codes, and stop using materials supplied solely for active promotion. Truthful independent reviews and disclosures about past samples may remain. No new qualifying referral clicks or code referrals accrue after termination takes effect.

Orders placed before termination remain subject to normal validation. Genuine qualifying clicks recorded before termination may earn commission within their original seven-day window unless the affected referral arose from fraud or a material violation. Unrelated valid commissions remain payable. After termination, approved remaining balances are paid on the next regular payout date without the $25 minimum, subject to required payment and tax information. Further valid amounts are paid on the next regular payout date after approval. An unresolved order or documented dispute delays only the affected amount.

11. Changes and separate agreements

We may update these terms or end the program. We will give at least 14 days’ written notice of a material reduction in commission rate, eligible products, referral window or payment rights. Commercial changes apply to qualifying referral clicks or code referrals after the stated effective date; earlier qualifying referrals retain prior terms for their remaining window. Changes required by law or necessary to address active fraud may take effect sooner to the extent reasonably necessary.

You may leave before a change takes effect. We will obtain additional acceptance when required. A specific written agreement signed or expressly accepted by both parties overrides these terms only for the issues expressly addressed. Informal statements by another partner and unapproved dashboard changes do not amend this Agreement.

12. Relationship, disputes and contact

You choose your lawful promotional methods and schedule and bear your expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing. You cannot bind Prop Job Aviation LLC, change customer terms, make warranties for us or collect payment on our behalf. This arrangement does not create a partnership or joint venture. Applicable law governs employment or agency classification.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under this arrangement for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including speculative future commissions. This does not limit payment of valid commissions, liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Customer legal rights and product remedies are not reduced.

New York law governs, excluding conflict-of-law rules and subject to applicable mandatory law. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes may be brought in state courts in Ulster County, New York, or federal courts serving that county. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue, without restricting timely legal relief. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to the extent allowed by law.
