LIFE Bag Survival Partner Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026 · Version 2026-10-21-D

Prop Job Aviation LLC, operator of LIFE Bag Survival (“we,” “us” or “LIFE Bag”), provides this notice about personal information used for partner applications, accounts, partner communications, samples, referrals and commission payments. It also covers partner referral tracking on www.lifebagsurvival.com. GoAffPro supplies technology used to administer the program.

1. Scope

This notice concerns the partner program and associated referral and order records. It does not describe every unrelated storefront, email marketing, analytics or advertising activity. Linktree, social platforms, payment providers and other independent services have their own privacy practices. GoAffPro’s notice describes its practices and does not replace this notice about LIFE Bag’s program.

2. Information used by the program

Partner information includes your name, email, account identifier, chosen referral name, authorized links or assigned codes, account status and communications. We also use business names, social handles, website or Linktree addresses, countries and application responses you provide during recruitment or program administration. Sample delivery requires shipping details. Enrollment or written acceptance records identify the agreement accepted and the corresponding account or response.

For paper-check payments, we use the payee name, mailing address, commission balances, payment references, dates and amounts, and tax documentation when required. Banks and accounting providers process information needed to issue and record payments. We do not need your bank-login password or access to your personal bank account to send a check.

Referral and order records include partner identifiers, referral links or codes, visit and purchase times, order identifiers, purchased products, merchandise amounts, discounts, shipping, taxes, refunds, order status and commissions. Our GoAffPro merchant order records include customer names and email addresses. Squarespace retains the contact and delivery information supplied for orders. Browser and device information, IP addresses and referring pages may also be processed by the platform to operate tracking, reporting and security.

We obtain information directly from you, through use of the store and partner portal, and from providers that administer orders, referrals and payments.

3. How information is used

We use this information to evaluate and manage participation, provide accounts and referral tools, communicate about the program, send agreed samples, attribute purchases, calculate and pay commissions, investigate tracking or calculation errors, prevent abuse, maintain financial records and meet legal obligations. Manual reconciliation involves comparing Squarespace order records with GoAffPro records and recording verified adjustments.

Program messages concern your account, payments, changes or support. They are separate from optional promotional subscriptions. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing through the method provided in the message; necessary account or payment communications may continue while relevant obligations remain.

4. Referral tracking and cookies

Referral links contain identifiers. GoAffPro uses cookies or similar browser storage to associate visits and purchases with an partner. Identifiers alone do not establish a visitor’s name, but may be associated with customer and order records when a purchase is recorded. Assigned partner codes can also help us identify referrals from order records.

Our GoAffPro referral-cookie setting and commercial link referral window are seven days. A later qualifying referral click can restart that window. This is not a statement that every storefront or portal cookie expires in seven days: account, preference, analytics and other provider technologies can have different lifetimes. See GoAffPro’s cookie information for its technology categories and controls.

You can use your browser’s settings to inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage. Blocking or deleting these technologies, switching devices or browsers, or using another checkout can prevent automatic referral attribution and may affect site features. Contact us about program tracking or privacy choices. Acknowledging this notice or accepting the partner agreement is not a substitute for any separate consent required by law.

5. Recipients and partner visibility

GoAffPro processes account, referral, customer and order information to provide the partner platform. Squarespace provides storefront and order services. Payment, banking, accounting, communication and hosting providers handle information needed for their services. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, to comply with lawful obligations or requests, or to protect rights and investigate fraud as permitted by law.

The partner dashboard is currently configured to show summary visits, orders, conversions, sales and earnings, plus account, referral and payment information. Detailed order and transaction views are disabled in the partner dashboard. Customer names and emails available in our merchant records are not provided through those disabled views. If we provide an itemized reconciliation, we limit it to information needed to review the referral or payment, such as the order reference, date, eligible amount, status and commission. Partners must use permitted information only for program administration, protect it and follow the Partnership Agreement’s data-use restrictions.

This notice does not promise that all technologies on the storefront or provider websites are limited to partner attribution. GoAffPro’s own notices describe analytics, advertising technologies and related choices. Information about its practices is available in its privacy policy. Contact LIFE Bag to exercise any applicable rights concerning our use or disclosure of your program information, including an applicable right to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably necessary for its purpose, including active account administration, payment reconciliation, tax and accounting obligations, disputes and abuse prevention. Retention depends on the record type, applicable obligations and any genuine open dispute. Closing an account does not automatically erase financial or legally required records. When records are no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify them, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Protect your partner login and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Choices and requests

You may request access to or correction of information covered by this notice, closure of an partner account, or deletion of information we no longer need. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may include a copy of information, restriction of or objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, an opt-out of covered uses or an appeal. Rights may be subject to legal limits and proportionate identity verification. We respond as applicable law requires and do not penalize the exercise of protected privacy rights.

Email support@lifecrewsolutions.com with the subject “Partner Privacy Request,” or use our contact page. Identify the account or interaction and your request. Do not include passwords, complete payment credentials or a tax identification number in the initial message. We may request proportionate information to verify identity or an authorized representative’s authority.

Necessary records may remain after account closure to resolve valid commissions, refunds or legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not undo lawful processing before withdrawal. Optional marketing can be stopped through its unsubscribe method.

8. International processing and age limits

LIFE Bag operates in the United States. Providers may process information in other countries with different privacy laws. GoAffPro states that it is based in India, uses data centers in the United States, Germany and Singapore, and uses safeguards such as standard data protection clauses for international transfers. Its privacy policy provides details and a contact for questions about its safeguards. Contact us with questions about transfers involving your program information.

Partner enrollment is for adults aged 18 or older. We do not invite children to apply. If you believe a child submitted information to the program, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

9. Updates and contact

We may update this notice as practices or requirements change. We will revise its effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required. This notice describes information handling; it does not waive your privacy rights.
