Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Because LIFE Bag contains emergency supplies and consumable items, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, used, altered, or is missing components.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at returns@lifecrewsolutions.com and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
